A Busy Child Daycare & Preschool is a quality, Licensed Daycare & Preschool located in Denver, Colorado. We provide Professional Childcare and Preschool services to the Denver metro area for toddlers and preschoolers 18 months of age until Kindergarten. A Busy Child Daycare & Preschool offers a preschool setting in a home environment, with the benefit of a smaller group size so that your child receives individualized one-on-one care.

We offer a bright and clean preschool classroom that is warm and inviting to children and a carefully planned curriculum where play takes precedence and learning opportunities are presented throughout our day. Preschool activities, developmentally appropriate materials, field trips, and a literacy-rich environment enhance our child care program, creating a positive and educational experience for your young child. Enrichment programs such as Rhythm & Rhyme Tyme Music Class, Gym Class, and Swimming Lessons are are also offered.

A Busy Child Daycare & Preschool offers Preschool Classes for children 2 years to 5 years of age. Our preschool curriculum is theme based, with an emphasis on play based learning. We focus on social relationships, language skills, problem solving, fine and gross motor development, self-help skills, and music and movement. In addition, we incorporate activities that promote letter, number, shape, and color recognition. Basic Spanish is taught to the children, and used frequently throughout the course of the day. Character Education is also an integral component to our program. We work to instill values with each child such as Respect, Caring, Patience, Politeness, Cooperation, and Forgiveness.

About the Teacher
My name is Babette, I am the teacher and daycare provider at A Busy Child Daycare & Preschool. I am a mother to four wonderful children, two daughters 12 & 9 years old and two sons 5 & 3 years old. I thoroughly enjoy working with children, and take pride in my profession as a childcare provider. Therefore, I have made it my personal goal to offer a quality childcare and preschool program to the Denver community. I am enrolled in college credit courses in the Early Childhood Education field and attend classes and workshops pertaining to the development of children on an on-going basis. I also hold and maintain CPR & First Aid certification for Infants, Children, and Adults. Please take a moment to review my childcare credentials.
