Denver Preschool Program A Busy Child Preschool is an approved Denver Preschool Program provider. The Denver Preschool Program is the result of a voter approved initiative to provide tuition credits for parents and quality improvement grants to preschools. The Denver Preschool Program is open and voluntary for all Denver children the year before they are eligible for Kindergarten. A Denver family may use the tuition credit with any preschool provider who is licensed by the state and enrolled with the Denver Preschool Program, regardless of where the preschool is located. Qualifying families will be provided with a Denver Preschool Program application, that should be sent directly to the Denver Preschool Program. Tuition credits will then be sent to the preschool of your choice. Tuition credits are available for the Full-time, Part-time, and Morning Preschool programs.
