I am the CO-President for Georgia Family Child Care Association as well as on the board of Directors for GAYC Georgia Association Young Children for District 8. I will continue working towards any Decal requirements for improvements in all areas of the preschool classroom. I am required to take at least 10 hours of Decal class training plus renew my CPR & First Aid. I currently have over 100 hours of class training.

Georgia family child care regulations require that providers take 10 hours of training per year. Homes of Quality requires 25 and The National Association for Family Child Care requires 90 hours of training before accreditation can be awarded. I currently have over 100 hours plus working towards my AA degree in Early Childhood Education from Lanier Tech College.

I am in the process of being re-certified as a Nationally Accreditation Family Child Care Home. So far, I have taken the following training courses that are listed below in addition to CPR & First Aid, TB test, and a physical every two year's.
